Through a series of partnership agreements, we welcome volunteers from organizations or social welfare programs who contribute to many of our institutional activities.
Since 2013, we have collaborated with CESC Project, an Italian organization that promotes civil service and international cooperation through the work of volunteers involved in cultural, educational and humanitarian actions in different countries.
In 2015, we received the first group of Italian volunteers who were integrated into the daily work with young people with disabilities at the Cañuelas Day Center, participating in workshops and community activities and also proposing new actions that strengthened our work and strengthened ties with attendees and with the community. Every year a new group is added and the program is strengthened, incorporating activities that are renewing and expanding the volunteer program.
Through the school's “Solidarity Action” Program, since 2000 1st and 2nd year students and teachers participate in workshops and projects with girls, boys and adolescents from the Caballito Educational Therapeutic Center.
Since then, different projects have been developed that involve the active participation of both institutions in different actions and events that have also been extended to other organizations in the community with excursions, walks, exhibitions at fairs and inclusive conferences. The axis that runs through this joint work is the promotion of the Rights of girls and boys and of people with disabilities.
