Argentina’s public healthcare system ensures total healthcare coverage for people with disabilities through union healthcare, a private health insurance company or a public healthcare program.
These systems must provide medical services, run medical tests and ensure treatment if the plan member has presented his/her CUD, which guarantees full coverage of the specific healthcare services associated with his/her disability.

This is the federal healthcare program of Argentina’s Ministry of Health that provides holistic medical coverage to all non-contributory pension beneficiaries. Once a candidate has been approved for the pension, he/she is automatically enrolled in PROFE.
