The IPNA Foundation has developed events and projects for the community since 1995 in order to inform, counsel and promote the rights of people with disabilities, supporting families and other relevant actors to ensure active citizenship.
The programs reach different groups and communities and cover a range of areas associated with primary prevention, healthy eating, information on services, social benefits, public programs for the disabled and the rights of people with disabilities protected by national laws and international conventions.
IPNA organizes training workshops and forums on a range of relevant topics. It also publishes and distributes educational materials and collaborates actively with civil society and public entities. The aim of this work is to help train local leaders and ensure that each community has the capacities to promote the social inclusion of people with disabilities.
